If I click the green button it unfolds. If I click it again or click
elsewhere on the 'page'. Nothing happens. Same for the OPs page he put this
on (as opposed to the fiddle).
No sense making a user hunt for something that will take focus off this
menu. It should collapse if clicked again or any other area of the page.

Clicked in that box for the CSS and the nav slid up like it was supposed
to. So that would tell me your nav:blur is working.
