 In a soundproof conference room adjoining the office of David Carpenter,
head
 of the State Department's Diplo matic Security division, officials from
the
 Secret Service, the FBI and Car penter's own staff discussed the latest
 headache handed them by a top Israeli official, who confirmed that
 "liquidating" anyone considered a "danger" to Israel was the "legitimate
and
 appropriate" policy of its government.

 That the ministate maintained dozens of hit squads made up of widely
traveled
 military and civilian triggermen has long been a silently acknowledged
fact
 of life to U.S. security officials. Every Israeli prime minister in the
last
 quarter-century has committed political murder with his own hands as a
sort
 of entrance test for national office.

 But officially, Israel has never before acknowledged its determination to
 exterminate troublesome opponents abroad. That veil was lifted late last
 month at the retirement ceremonies of Gen. Shabtai Ziv, a former military
 judge who served as general counsel of the Shin Beth, Israel's internal
 security service for the past dozen years.

 It was an ornate occasion, with Israeli Supreme Court President Aharon
Barak
 and Attorney General Elyakim Rubinstein in attendance as Ziv delivered his
 farewell address.

 "As a jurist, I had to distinguish between hostile elements within the
 territory of the state of Israel and those who act outside the state and
 cannot be arrested or brought to trial," Ziv explained. "As for the latter
 [enemies abroad], it is perfectly legitimate to strike at anyone who is a
 danger to the state's security. . . . I will authorize a liquidation of
 someone like that anywhere, provided I get a clear and specific order from
 the political level."

 What troubles American security officials is that the concept of just who
is
 a "danger to the state" is subject to volatile and bellicose
interpretation
 among Israeli leaders. The ministate's chief rabbi, Ovadia Yosef, is
 currently under criminal investigation for publicly urging the execution
of a
 government minister participating in the current Mideast peace talks which
 involve returning some territory unlawfully occupied by Israel to its
 neighbors—a concession considered treason by many Zionist militants and
 fundamentalist rabbis.

 "Trouble is, the real promoters of these controversial Mideast settlement
 talks are Clinton and his top people," says Lt. Col. Tom Hoskins, a U.S.
 Marine counterterrorist expert. "If Zionist fanatics want to kill their
own
 leaders for going along with Clinton, who can tell when they will turn
their
 attention—and their hit squads—toward Washington?"

 TROUBLED

 U.S. security and counterintelligence officials are also troubled by the
 inroads an alien lobby is making among this nation's law-enforcement and
 intelligence agencies. In New York City, Police Commissioner Howard Safir
 announced this month that the Simon Wiesenthal Foundation, based in
 California, was setting up a center in Manhattan where city and state
police
 officers will be trained how to handle "interracial" relations.

 Simultaneously, the Justice Depart ment announced that it was, after a
long
 delay and an attempted cover-up, opening a criminal inquiry into the
security
 violations reportedly committed by former CIA director John Deutch—known
for
 his deep ethnic, emotional and political ties to the state of Israel—while
 serving as the nation's top ranking spymaster.

 "There are ways for dealing with suspected terrorists, especially if they
are
 of the Muslim kind," said a former FBI agent. "You harass them, bug them,
 defame them, infiltrate them and throw them in jail. But Israel is
different.
 You make the wrong move, and you will find yourself out of a job and
 blacklisted—federally unemployable, so to speak."

 What also worries U.S. experts, who are responsible for the security of
 senior American officials as well as Wash ington's many-hued diplomatic
 corps, is that a number of top Israeli leaders, among them President Ezer
 Weizman, Prime Minister Ehud Barak and his predecessor, former Premier
 Benjamin Netanyahu, are under criminal investigation for offenses ranging
 from money-laundering to bribery and electoral fraud.

 I'm the chairman of the National Alliance. I'm trying to build the
 National Alliance into a strong enough organization so that we can have
 a major influence on a number of policies which are important to the
 future of our people. We want to change the government's policy on
 immigration, for example, which is flooding America with non-White
 immigrants, both legal and illegal. We want to regain control of our
 mass media of news and entertainment, so that we can put an end to the
 media propaganda which encourages racial mixing between Whites and
 non-Whites. We want to change our political system so that we never
 again have a person such as Bill Clinton in the White House or a person
 such as Madeleine Albright in our State Department. We want a better
 future for our people.

 We work toward our goal by educating the public and by recruiting from
 that portion of the public which responds positively to our educational
 effort. With the new members we gain we are able to enhance our
 educational effort and reach more people. But we do have problems which
 make our task very difficult. I'll tell you about one of those problems.

 In our recruiting efforts we usually find it easier to recruit people at
 the bottom of the socio-economic ladder than at the top. A man who used
 to work in a chicken-plucking plant and has just been replaced by a
 Mexican willing to work for half as much is fairly easy to recruit. He
 feels personally injured by the government's immigration policies. He
 has lost his employment and is concerned about his future. He
 understands that we really do have a problem in America which needs
 fixing.

 And we do recruit some unemployed White chicken-pluckers, but not as
 many as you'd think. For one thing we don't direct our recruiting effort
 primarily toward chicken-pluckers. We try much harder to recruit
 teachers and engineers and successful businessmen, because they have the
 skills and the character traits we need to do our work successfully.
 Furthermore, they already wield much more influence than the average
 chicken-plucker, and we need all the influence we can get.

 Another factor which keeps the percentage of chicken-pluckers fairly low
 among the members of the National Alliance is that many chicken-pluckers
 don't have as much inclination to be concerned about long-range problems
 as the better educated and more successful members of our society do. We
 aren't able to offer the unemployed chicken-plucker an opportunity to
 get his job back any time soon, and that's his main concern; we're only
 able to give him an opportunity to work for the long-term interests of
 his people.

 And for these reasons we have many more teachers and engineers than
 unemployed chicken-pluckers among our members -- but the unfortunate
 fact is that we have far fewer than we need. Considering the crisis
 situation our people are facing, you'd think that all of the best and
 the brightest would be rushing to join the National Alliance, but we
 find that only a minority of the most intelligent and successful White
 Americans are responsive to our recruiting efforts. Why is that?

 Well, certainly, part of the problem is moral corruption. Being smart
 and successful doesn't automatically make our people responsible or
 altruistic. Many of them are concerned only about themselves. As long as
 the present system is feeding them well, they don't care about anything
 else. But there's more to it than moral corruption. Part of our
 recruiting problem is that even many very bright people are not as
 rational as we'd hope. Their thinking is limited by certain
 psychological obstacles.

 For example, one of the pieces of recruiting material we've distributed
 most widely is a little three-inch by five-inch card which has the
 simple message, and I quote: "Earth's most endangered species -- the
 White race: help preserve it." Many people have responded favorably to
 this message, but many more haven't, because they can't think of our
 race as being endangered. They think to themselves, "We don't need
 preserving. We've always been able to take care of ourselves. We're the
 most powerful race on earth. We have more wealth and power and prestige
 than any other race, by far. We are a favored race, a privileged race.
 We're on top. In America we're the majority race. The richest man in
 America is White. Most of the big corporation executives are White. Most
 members of the Congress are White. All of our Presidents have been
 White. So why are you raising the alarm about the need for us to
 preserve the White race? We don't need to be concerned about that. It's
 not a real danger.

No. I don't even know what a holocaust is, except a burnt offering. I got
that out of some Jewish book as a definition of the word. Seems like they
are the only ones that do a burnt offering to their GOD. I don't see it
called for in other religions.
So, Josh, what are you trying to tell me, exactly? Do you know? I think
you do. In fact, if you had some kind of authority among your fellow Jews,
they would probably kill you for telling  Whites what Jews are up to and how
they plan to accomplish their goals. Rabin was killed because he was

Sacramento synagogues torched in 'night of 
fire'
A gem of a "blackout" has fallen under our jewelers loops for 
examination.
And it is a spectacular little gem!
The story below notes that three Sacramento synagogues were set ablaze in one 
evening.
Count them folks, - THREE!
Now one would think that the electronic media - television - would use this 
as an excuse for a massive campaign - somewhat akin to the "Black church 
burnings" several years back (but of much greater importance considering the 
nature of the targets). This story would be great for the ratings - high in 
emotional content - great tool for exposing the cowardliness of "hate".
So naturally, the uninitiated would expect the TV news and TV talk shows to 
harp on this one for at least a couple weeks. But there was not a peep about 
this incident on any of the TV channels.
Could it be a blackout? In my previous commentary entitled "Princeton Tries 
to Explain a Drop in Jewish Enrollment; or "What is Communism?", I noted that 
the "Blackout" was reserved for those instances in which disclosure could 
threaten the loyalty of "outer party" elites.
Folks, there was a problem with the story below that should give the veteran 
observer of such matters pause. For you see, the perpetrator of these torchings 
left leaflets behind to explain his motives, and the leaflets contained anti 
NATO and pro-Serb messages. In the words of a flier left by the perpetrators: 
" The fake Albanian refugee crisis was manufactured by the International 
Jewsmedia to justify the terrorizing, the bestial bombing of our Yugoslavia back 
into the dark ages," and; "We are Slavs, we will never allow the International 
Jews World Order to take our Land."
Jewsmedia?? - Please, Dan Rather, say it isn't so!
Imagine the difficulty of having to explain why Serbs would target American 
Synagogues to avenge the NATO bombing and the Serb loss of Kosovo. That might 
require a very public identification of the ethnic origins of Clinton's entire 
cabinet (with the exception of an obligatory Black and an obligatory lesbian) 
and his entire foreign policy team.
Why start the displaced outer party elites thinking about that?
Note well the process involved. First the local media and the local AP and 
UPI bureaus pick up the story from the police and fire blotters. Then the story 
goes out on the wires all over the world. The attached article was printed on 
CNN's electronic web site, so everyone in television has access to the 
story.
But nobody runs with it!
What this means is that about 100 network news and talk show producers see 
the piece and consign it to the cutting room floor. 
I would suggest that this goes well beyond the operation of a shared 
evolutionary psychology. While it is likely that half or more of these producers 
would recognize the danger in such a story, it is clear that some planning and 
communication would be necessary to attain the unanimous compliance by all 100 
or so of them.
And indeed, the deafening silence of the ADL, and Rabbi Foxman speaks volumes 
here.
The anti-defamation organs of the inner party are on constant lookout for 
current incidents that can be publicized to reinforce public perceptions of 
their "victim status". So compelling is this enterprise of publicizing 
victimhood that they have lobbied into existence a web of "hate crime" laws 
which cause law enforcement to note the "hate" charge right on the police 
blotter where cub reporters can easily identify them for their inner party 
bosses. This happy marriage between propaganda and law enforcement transforms 
incidents which would otherwise remain buried in the mass of simple vandalism or 
assault charges into a taxpayer financed propaganda gold mine.
It is inconceivable that the inner party anti-defamation organs failed to 
discuss and decide how to handle the burning of three synagogues.
It is possible that the anti-defamation organs fell silent and that all 100 
or so producers recognized the absence of the usual ADL fax in their in-baskets 
as a signal. It is possible that they deduced from this silence that the story 
should be spiked, and not passed along to the outer party front men known as 
news anchors.
But it is far more likely that there were 100 or so ADL faxes in those 
in-baskets explaining that the story was dangerous and asking that it not be 
used.
The uniformity we see in the electronic media does not happen by 
accident.
And indeed, this tight control over what appears on the TV screen tells you 
volumes about social control in the American empire. The inner party does not 
care what appears in print, buried behind the front page of the newspaper, or 
posted on the internet.

THE CITY

When people think of England such terms as 'Great Britain,' 'The Queen,'
'The Crown,' 'Crown Colonies,' 'London,' 'The City of London,' and 
'British
Empire' come to mind and blend together into an indistinguishable blur. 
They are generally looked upon as synonymous, as being representative of 
the
same basic system. During the 1950s and 1960s the author lived in England
(London for five years) without even beginning to realize the vast
difference that exists in the meaning of some of the above terms.
When people hear of 'The Crown' they automatically think of the King or
Queen; when they hear of 'London' or the 'The City' they instantly think 
of
the capital of England in which the monarch has his or her official
residence.
To fully understand the unique and generally unknown subject we must 
define
our terms:
When we speak of 'The City' we are in fact referring to a privately owned
Corporation - or Sovereign State - occupying an irregular rectangle of 
677
acres and located right in the heart of the 610 square mile 'Greater 
London'
area. The population of 'The City' is listed at just over four thousand,
whereas the population of 'Greater London' (32 boroughs) is approximately
seven and a half million.
The 'Crown' is a committee of twelve to fourteen men who rule the
independent sovereign state known as London or 'The City.' 'The City' is
not part of England. It is not subject to the Sovereign. It is not under
the rule of the British parliament. Like the Vatican in Rome, it is a
separate, independent state. It is the Vatican of the commercial world.
The City, which is often called "the wealthiest square mile on earth," is
ruled over by a Lord Mayor. Here are grouped together Britian's great
financial and commercial institutions: Wealthy banks, dominated by the
privately-owned (Rothschild controlled) Bank of England, Lloyd's of 
London,
the London Stock Exchange, and the offices of most of the leading
international trading concerns. [Such as the British Invisibles, I kid 
you
not]. Here, also, is located Fleet Street, the heart and core of the
newspaper and publishing worlds.
TWO MONARCHS

The Lord Mayor, who is elected for a one year stint, is the monarch in 
the
City. As Aubrey Menen says in "London", Time-Life, 1976, p. 16: "The
relation of this monarch of the City to the monarch of the realm [Queen] 
is
curious and tells much." It certainly is and certainly does !
When the Queen of England goes to visit the City she is met by the Lord
Mayor at Temple Bar, the symbolic gate of the City. She bows and asks for
permission to enter his private, sovereign State. During such State 
visits
"the Lord Mayor in his robes and chain, and his entourage in medieval
costume, outshines the royal party, which can dress up no furhter than
service uniforms." The Lord Mayor leads the queen into his city.
The reason should be clear. The Lord Mayor is the monarch. The Queen is
his subject ! The monarch always leads the way. The subject always stays 
a
pace or two behind !
The small clique who rule the City dictate to the British Parliament. It
tells them what to do, and when. In theory Britian is ruled by a Prime
Minister and a Cabinet of close advisers. These 'fronts' go to great
lengths to create the impression that they are running the show but, in
reality, they are mere puppets whose strings are pulled by the shadowy
characters who dominate behind the scenes. As the former British Prime
Minister of England during the late 1800s Benjamin D'israeli wrote: "So 
you
see... the world is governed by very different personages from what is
imagined by those who are not behind the scenes" (Coningsby, The Century
Co., N.Y., 1907, p. 233).
This fact is further demonstrated by another passage from Menen's book: 
"The
Prime Minister, a busy politician, is not expected to understand the
mysteries of high finance, while the Chancellor of the Exchequer [Budget
Director] is only expected to understand them when he introduces the budget. 

Both are advised by the permanent officials of the Treasury, and these
listen to the City. If they suspect that some policy of the government 
will
[back-fire]... it is no use their calling up British ambassadors to ask 
if
it is so; they can find out more quickly from the City. As one ambassador
complained to me, diplomats are nowadays no more than office boys, and 
slow
ones at that.
"The City will know. They will tell the Treasury and the Treasury will 
tell
the Prime Minister. Woe betide him if he does not listen. The most 
striking
instance of this happened in recent history. In 1956 the then Prime
Minister, Sir Anthony Eden... launched a war to regain the Suez Canal. It
had scarcely begun when the City let it be known that in a few days he

Seems we meet again. This time, you want proof of what I say.
Would you settle for words from "THE HORSES MOUTH" instead of mine?
But first, let me say one thing. This list does not allow anti-Semitic
statements or Holocaust denials. Am I correct? With that in mind, I am not
Anti-Semitic; I like Arabs just fine. I do not much care for people that
claim to be Jewish and are not. Those that choose to call themselves "Jews"
today, are no more Jewish than a Billy Goat can claim to be a Horse. The
Jewish author, Arthur Koelster, in his Thirteenth Tribe goes to great length
to explain this FACT. That YOU, SIR, do not believe him, is not my problem.
As for the Holocaust, there are doubts about the number of Jewish dead.

commercial materialists; now the complaint is being whispered around that no

unassimilable because we won t intermarry with you, and we are also climbers
and pushers and a menace to your racial integrity.

Our standard of living is so low that we create your slums and sweated
industries, and so high that we crowd you out of your best residential

We shirk our patriotic duty in wartime because we are pacifists by nature
and tradition, and we are the arch-plotters of universal wars and the chief

The German Central Bank before Hitler was a private bank as is our own
Fed Res Bank. Hitler changed that. I'm not sure how Hitler traded with other
countries. It may have been barter or it may have been gold and silver or
other precious metals or stones. It is not necessary to be on a gold
standard to use gold as a medium of exchange. Any "standard" merely
guarantees there is enough of something that has a set value everyone agrees
to that sets the value of exchange between nations or other entities. It

 I am quite familiar with your basic thesis concerning the operation of
 central banks. However, you state the the German currency was state owned
 and issued and apparently not borrowed as is normal policy in the central
 bank system. This would as you suggested be similar to Lincoln's policy of
 issueing "greenbacks" which were neither borrowed or backed by specie.
And,
 it would also be similar to what JFK did when he issued several hundred
 million dollars in Treasury notes not long before he was killed. However,

 have never heard this assertion made previously and would like to know
where
 you got this information and whether or not it is true. The Federal
Reserve
 bank of the US was paterned after that of Germany's and one of the Warburg
 brothers ran it while the other pushed for the adoption of the system in
the
 US. So, apparently they did have that system previous to Hitler's coming
to
 power in 1933. If Hitler did end the central reserve banking system in
 Germany then that certainly would be a reason for certain of the elite to
be
 profoundly upset. However, you also stated that Germany " went off the
 international gold standard that was, and is, controlled by international
 Jewish banking". First, how would it then be possible for Germany to trade
 with other countries, if, in fact, they had gone off the gold standard
which
 was still in effect at the time? Did they barter? And, since there no
longer
 is a gold standard, how can it be controlled by "Jewish banking". You also
 state that the "World Jewish Congress declared WAR on Germany." Where and
 when did they meet and vote this declaration of war? What was the effect
of
 this declaration of war? Considering that five years later Hitler got
 Austria and the next year Checkloslavakia, it seems there was not much to
 this "war". (Also, we know that American bankers such as Prescot Bush,
 Aviral Harriman, and the Dulles brothers were investing heavily in Germany
 (weren't they part of this "international jewish banking)). And, no real
 effort to stop Hitler was put forward by the countries which are
supposedly
 under the control of these "international Jewish banking" until Hitler
 invaded Poland. (And if you have read "Mein Kampf" you will know that
Hitler
 had planned on expanding Germany's borders to the east since 1924.
