I like the proposal of the SF Greens, offered publicly and carried by local TV -- "fiscal disobedience." Whatever percent increases the "regulatory agencies" permit, DEDUCT f rom what you pay when billed! They can't turn off the lights if you still pay, say, 90% of your bill each month ... FORCE those parasites into bankruptcy, to keep 'em honest! No more corporate welfare for the richest of the rich each every time they cry "wolf"!

-Caveat Lector- Do you suppose it is Yes We Got No Bananas, like when wheat was sold to Russia and people went to bakeries and no bread - Siberia in critical way for this weather mod program seems to be diminishing somewhawt and now they have this Siberian Weather they had 30 years ago when we got into this project. Our town was hit by the Siberian Clippers and Artic freeze and it killed all my rose trees and daffodils would bloom and in one day die in the freezing snow...florists put out plants in May rathr than April since the 60 period for weather was changing. MIR is gone now Siberia is in trouble? I say let them move to greener pastures - for now they want our weather..but could it be we are now heating up Siberia while California faces blackouts? Oh well, these Californians are busy trying to take guns away from Americans while Black Panthers are armed with Uzis still on Clinton/Gore payrol, without a doubt - who has the time to worry about a little thing like illumination - California has lived in darkness for a long time.someone ought to check out the Siberian weather and they have of all things - heat, oil, and electricity shortges - totally unprepared. Well - MIR could not last forever could it.remember one morning when our men were up there with them, they played the Woody Woodpecker song - inside joke.
