In the meantime I found a good source for binaries for cr2hdr: https://bitbucket.org/rufustfirefly/magic-lantern/downloads I am running the latest available cr2hdr version with my Canon 6D dual-iso files and it works pretty well. Now I have to figure out how to get to a decent DT default configuration for the resulting DNG files.
