Bug#547779: Announce of the upcoming NMU for the cgiemail package
Dear maintainer of cgiemail and Debian translators, Some days ago, I sent a notice to the maintainer of the cgiemail Debian package, mentioning the status of at least one old po-debconf translation update in the BTS. I announced the intent to build and possibly upload a non-maintainer upload for this package in order to fix this long-time pending localization bug as well as all other pending translations. The package maintainer agreed for the NMU or did not respond in four days, so I will proceed with the NMU. The full planned schedule is available at the end of this mail. The package is currently translated to: cs de es eu fr gl ja nl pt ru sv vi Among these, the following translations are incomplete: nl If you did any of the, currently incomplete, translations you will get ANOTHER mail with the translation to update. Other translators also have the opportunity to create new translations for this package. Once completed, please send them as a bug report against the cgiemail package so I can incorporate them in the build. The deadline for receiving updates and new translations is Friday, May 28, 2010. If you are not in time you can always send your translation to the BTS. The POT file is attached to this mail. If the maintainer objects to this process I will immediately abort my NMU and send him/her all updates I receive. Otherwise the following will happen (or already has): Monday, May 17, 2010 : send the first intent to NMU notice to the package maintainer. Saturday, May 22, 2010 : send this notice Friday, May 28, 2010 : (midnight) deadline for receiving translation updates Saturday, May 29, 2010 : build the package and upload it to DELAYED/7-day send the NMU patch to the BTS Saturday, June 05, 2010 : NMU uploaded to incoming Thanks for your efforts and time. -- -- # SOME DESCRIPTIVE TITLE. # Copyright (C) YEAR THE PACKAGE'S COPYRIGHT HOLDER # This file is distributed under the same license as the PACKAGE package. # FIRST AUTHOR em...@address, YEAR. # #, fuzzy msgid msgstr Project-Id-Version: PACKAGE VERSION\n Report-Msgid-Bugs-To: cgiem...@packages.debian.org\n POT-Creation-Date: 2008-05-08 10:39+0200\n PO-Revision-Date: YEAR-MO-DA HO:MI+ZONE\n Last-Translator: FULL NAME em...@address\n Language-Team: LANGUAGE l...@li.org\n MIME-Version: 1.0\n Content-Type: text/plain; charset=CHARSET\n Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit\n #. Bug#577850: mini-buildd: General update after the debconf review process
Dear Debian maintainer, On Saturday, May 22, 2010, I sent you a notification about the beginning of a review action on debconf templates for mini-buildd. Then, I sent you a bug report with rewritten templates and announcing the beginning of the second phase of this action: call for translation updates. Translators have been working hard and here is now the result of their efforts. Please consider using it EVEN if you committed files to your development tree as long as they were reported. The attached tarball contains: - debian/changelog with the list of changes - debian/control with rewrites of packages' descriptions - debian/templates with all the rewritten templates file(s) - debian/po/*.po with all PO files (existing ones and new ones) As said, please use *at least* the PO files as provided here, preferrably over those sent by translators in their bug reports. All of them have been checked and reformatted. In some cases, formatting errors have been corrected. The patch.rfr file contains a patch for the templates and control file(s) alone. Please note that this patch applies to the templates and control file(s) of your package as of Saturday, May 22, 2010. If your package was updated in the meantime, I may have updated my reference copybut I also may have missed that. This is indeed why I suggested you do not modified such files while the review process was running, remember..:-) It is now safe to upload a new package version with these changes. Please notify me of your intents with regards to this. There is of course no hurry to update your package but feel free to contact me in case you would need sponsoring or any other action to fix this. -- patch.tar.gz Description: Binary data --- mini-buildd.old/debian/mini-buildd-common.templates 2010-03-24 20:21:32.246651732 +0100 +++ mini-buildd/debian/mini-buildd-common.templates 2010-04-15 08:05:46.713446972 +0200 @@ -1,11 +1,19 @@ +# These templates have been reviewed by the debian-l10n-english +# team +# +# If modifications/additions/rewording are needed, please ask +# debian-l10n-engl...@lists.debian.org for advice. +# +# Even minor modifications require translation updates and such +# changes should be coordinated with translators and reviewers. + Template: mini-buildd-common/purging_repository Type: note -_Description: About to purge your repository - You have selected to purge mini-buildd on a repository host. +_Description: Repository purge + You have chosen to purge mini-buildd on a repository host. . - Puging means to remove the mini-buildd user along with all its - files, including the repository in /home/mini-buildd/rep. + This choice means that the mini-buildd user will be removed along + with all the files it owns, including the repository in + /home/mini-buildd/rep. . - If you want to keep that data, - . - BACK IT UP NOW BEFORE CONTINUING. + To keep this data, you need to back it up now. --- mini-buildd.old/debian/mini-buildd-rep.templates2010-03-24 20:21:32.246651732 +0100 +++ mini-buildd/debian/mini-buildd-rep.templates2010-04-15 08:05:50.189446472 +0200 @@ -1,3 +1,12 @@ +# These templates have been reviewed by the debian-l10n-english +# team +# +# If modifications/additions/rewording are needed, please ask +# debian-l10n-engl...@lists.debian.org for advice. +# +# Even minor modifications require translation updates and such +# changes should be coordinated with translators and reviewers. + Template: mini-buildd-rep/mbd_id Type: string Description: Mini-buildd's identity: @@ -15,7 +24,7 @@ Description: Repository host name: Give the repository's host name; this is usually just the hostname you get via hostname -f. Bug#579751: network problem with Solaris 10u8 guest
It took me some time to get back into Solaris, too. To change the network driver: After changing the kvm configuration you should boot Solaris at usual. It will complain about some services not being run, and put you into single user mode. Now you can run ifconfig -a to get the new network device name (e.g. e1000g0. Rename /etc/hostname.rtl0 to /etc/hostname.e1000g0. Rename /etc/dhcp.rtl0 to dhcp.e1000g0. Reboot. I should have mentioned that my virtual Solaris hosts are supposed to get IP address and host name via DHCP. Sorry, I forgot. I will try a fixed address when I am back in the office. I left `ping -f $solaris-ip' process running for whole night - it were still running in the morning without any visible issues, at 100% CPU usage (2 cores - for ping, host kernel and kvm processes). No ping replies have been lost? Hope this helps. Regards Harri -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Bug#564696: Should libhibernate3-java depend on glassfish-javaee
Hi, There's no problem installing glassfish, it just seems unnecessary. In the original distribution from the hibernate team, they have a hibernate-distribution-3.3.2.GA/ib/required/ directory, which contains the required libraries needed to run hibernate. The list there is : --- antlr-2.7.6.jar commons-collections-3.1.jar dom4j-1.6.1.jar javassist-3.9.0.GA.jar jta-1.1.jar slf4j-api-1.5.8.jar --- Ofcourse these dependencies should be supplied by their debian packages, but I don't see glassfish there. (and not even in the lib/optional directory). I'd like to install as little as possible on my production servers, that's why I raised this issue. Bug#579751: network problem with Solaris 10u8 guest
22.05.2010 10:29, Harald Dunkel wrote: It took me some time to get back into Solaris, too. To change the network driver: After changing the kvm configuration you should boot Solaris at usual. It will complain about some services not being run, and put you into single user mode. It does not enter single-user mode, it boots as usual (but indeed, it complains about some services not started). I can perform reconfiguration boot - either by touching /reconfigure or adding -r kernel command line in grub (I used solaris some 10 years ago and still remember _some_ things). Now you can run ifconfig -a to get the new network device name (e.g. e1000g0. Rename /etc/hostname.rtl0 to /etc/hostname.e1000g0. Rename /etc/dhcp.rtl0 to dhcp.e1000g0. Reboot. But the problem is that even after reconfigure step, it does not show anything but lo0 in `ifconfig -a' output. More, prtdiag -v shows no add-on cards at all, even if the NIC is configured and running and network is working. I don't remember something like lspci in linux... I should have mentioned that my virtual Solaris hosts are supposed to get IP address and host name via DHCP. Sorry, I forgot. I will try a fixed address when I am back in the office. I used dhcp too. But it does not matter (or should not matter), since once the IP address is obtained, the NIC will be configured the same way as when using static address. I left `ping -f $solaris-ip' process running for whole night - it were still running in the morning without any visible issues, at 100% CPU usage (2 cores - for ping, host kernel and kvm processes). No ping replies have been lost? There were several replies lost. Ping -f prints a dot when it sends a packet out and backspace when receives a reply. There were several dots printed after whole night of pings 4 or 5, I don't remember. I re-installed it yesterday, using -nic ...,model=e1000. Setup procedure recognized Intel NIC and configured it. I didn't try to stress-test it for whole night, but quick (over 5 minutes) ping -f didn't reveal anything, it all just works. But now when I re-read the whole bugreport thread, I've an idea. Let's try it, both of us. I used the old, traditional, qemu -net..-net syntax. You're using libvirt which uses the new -netdev syntax. Let's try the other way around, -netdev for me and -net for you, and share the results. Before updating the version in unstable, it would be nice to see what fallout that would have, by rebuilding all relevant packages against the version in experimental. Yes, I already had a trial with that and some other programs such as aolserver. I *know* it is ok, because upstreams already use 8.5 for their builds. Bug#573745: python maintainance: next steps
* Sandro Tosi (mo...@debian.org) [100521 16:45]: Please let us reaffirm our complains are also technical: try not put them aside just dealing with the personal situations around Python. I know. However, we basically have two chances re the technical side: Either we could start micro-managing decisions within debian python (especially as there is more than one topic where there are different opinions), which I don't believe is efficient. Or not. Also, I don't want to end in the finger pointing game - and looking back, I can see mistakes with almost everybody involved (including myself). But it doesn't help to say this person made more mistakes than that person, because that'd only get very messy. Given all the history and complaints I really believe we need an structural change to get things better. That's why I proposed one. We understand there are other reasons that forbid to create a team including both Matthias and Joss, though. I definitly agree to that sentence. As already pointed out by Joss in another email, is Matthias being granted with a veto vote? Can he indefinitely veto people willing to join such team even if others are OK with them? If that's the case, we believe this simply won't work and would kill democracy. For the initial setup, I'd like to have only people in the team that are ok by Matthias and are ok by the people who appealed to the tech ctte. If that doesn't work out, we'll have to just decide anyways of course. I think that's fair for an start. For the future replacements, it's up to the group of people how they add new people. We recently saw Barry Warsaw more involved, which is very positive. We don't know if you already contacted him, or if he would accept, but he would be a good candidate, especially one who doesn't have a history in Debian. I heared good things about Barry at other places as well, so I'd consider him an candidate. So are you proposing to form the Python core team as an entity separated from the Python maintainers? Like an entity supervising the activities of Python maintainer? We are not criticizing the idea, it's just to understand the proposal. Right (so I'd assume that there will be some overlap soon) - of course, you (the python developers together) can change things as you consider them fit. If that's the case, what are the powers of this team over the Python maintainers? Can the core team force maintainers to implement something or fix a given bug? I'd expect them to have powers the same way like e.g. the release team. Who don't have that much formal power, but anyone involved knows that they're good, knowledgable and you better behave like they want. Obviously also if that team would complain to the tech ctte, it's way easier to accept an complaint. What is the method to add new people to this team (and/or replace someone resigning)? Up to the team to define, but they need to do that pretty soon. What we are about to ask seems to be only a minor detail but it's a fundamental change of perspective: we think that Python Maintainer role should be assigned to a team (maybe the pkg-python alioth team can be resurrected) and not to a single person, so with real maintainers in Uploaders. The reasoning is we would like to see a team of peers, not with one developer to take decisions alone. Can we put it as there needs to be a team of same-power developers; we don't mind too much how this is expressed in the fields of the package or not? Bug#582564: [Evolution] Bug#582564: evolution segfaults when closing email window after upgrade to 2.30
On ven., 2010-05-21 at 22:28 +0200, Tomasz Rybak wrote: Package: evolution Version: 2.30.1.2-2 Severity: important Tags: sid In the beginning of this week I updated my system, including updating Evolution to 2.30. Before updating I run `evolution --force-shutdown', packages were updated without problems, but after running Evolution I noticed few problems, some of which could be related: 1. Mail folders' settings were missing - in 2.28 I had threaded view without window showing email content - after update all folders had non-threaded view with email subwindow. 2. I think connected to the above - when reading email and pressing ] the next email shown is based on time, not on thread. 3. Tags for emails are duplicated. One set is in polish language (independent of LC_* settings) and one is localised (depending on LANG shown in appropriate language). 4. When closing email window, Evolution sometimes crashes. From my observations it crashes when I open one email and then close it. If I open two emails in different windows, and then close those windows Evolution tends to stay running, at least until I move to another folder. Then, if I forget to open two emails it crashes again. Below I attach backtrace of one of such crashes. Bug#582630: logrotate fails on missing logfiles even when it shouldn't

Logrotate is complaining that the directory is missing, not that the files are missing. Logrotate doesn't fail in this situation (even though it shouldn't occur with correctly installed packages that have had time to accumulate logs), but complains on stderr. A message on stderr is not a sign of the failure of logrotate. The correct thing to do in this situation is to purge the package concerned, not just remove it. -- Paul Martin p...@debian.org signature.asc Description: Digital signature

Bug#579751: network problem with Solaris 10u8 guest
tags 579751 + unreproducible severity 579751 minor thanks 22.05.2010 11:29, Michael Tokarev wrote: 22.05.2010 10:29, Harald Dunkel wrote: [] I left `ping -f $solaris-ip' process running for whole night - it were still running in the morning without any visible issues, at 100% CPU usage (2 cores - for ping, host kernel and kvm processes). I left it running with the new network configuration, like this: kvm \ -device rtl8139,netdev=n0 \ -netdev type=tap,ifname=tap-kvm,id=n0 \ -hda sol.raw -monitor stdio -m 512 for several hours with `ping -f $guest_ip' running on another terminal. It works as expected, no single packet were lost during this time. So I'm marking this as unreproducible by now, and downgrade the severity to minor too. Given that they are intended to be a restricted-privilege user/group, this is not appropriate. Ownership by root:root is perfectly acceptable here (if you're creating files in here owned by nobody:nogroup that will still work fine). If I recall correctly, it was suggested that I'd make this directory owned by nobody:nogroup to give it the lowest possible priority, because of the risky way that Samba accesses this spool when offering login-free guest printer access. Bug#582630: logrotate fails on missing logfiles even when it shouldn't
Hi Paul, On Samstag, 22. Mai 2010, Paul Martin wrote: These error messages are correct. True, but wouldnt it be nicer if logrotate intercepted that error and thus surpresses the message? The logrotate config file used says its ok if the log is missing, so IMHO it should be ok too, if the directory is missing. The correct thing to do in this situation is to purge the package concerned, not just remove it. I consider this to be a workaround. A removed package should not generate noise. As it is, I consider removing this piuparts test alltogether, which I think would be sad, as the test can catch other, more severe problems. cheers, Holger signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part.

Am Sat, 22 May 2010 03:43:28 +0400 (MSD) schrieb William Pitcock neno...@dereferenced.org: This is due to a memory alignment issue in the way that the struct is packed. With some help from an affected user, we bisected it to mpg123 SVN r2491. OK, that revision replaced aligned memory blocks that relied on special compiler support with manually aligned pointers, that potentially work on any C compiler. If there is something un-aligned, this is a serious bug in my code there. That was the whole point The reason why is because some of the assembly decoders and also the reference decoders expect the memory to be aligned. If this is not true, it writes to memory outside of the array, causing subtle heap corruption. Can you point out what piece of code writes to outside the array? That sounds like I miscalculated some buffer size. Or it was already wrong in the old code, but for some reason there's been padding that has hidden the issue. So... are we talking about unaligned access or about buffer overflow? your explanations suggests the latter. Alrighty then, Thomas. PS: I wonder if I should nag someone to change the debian bug tracker web interface... it filters the messages for things like hyper links, but still puts the messages into pre, which prevents automatic paragraph wrapping in browsers (that don't offer a special switch for that, like the pre wrapping firefox plugin). It should let the text float, instead of imposing whatever line length people use onto every web user. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Bug#574158: firmware licenses never displayed
tags 574158 + patch thanks What about just running the preinst in d-i after unpacking the firmware deb to ask the license question, and remove the firmware if the preinst return an error, presumably because the license was not accepted? Here is an untested draft patch implementing this idea. I believe it would work for firmware-ipw2100, and probably other firmware package requiring the license to be accepted before being used. Packages rejecting preseeding of the license question will probably try (and fail) to ask the same question when the firmware is installed into /target/, but I am not sure that is a problem with the firmware packages we have today. Not quite happy with the removal code, but did not come up with a better approach than parsing the md5sum file, as udpkg do not support removing packages and I found no stored information on which files belong to which packages. Bug#580017: osmo uses gtkhtml2

However, for some reason it does not build in sid (gettext does not generate *.mo files), but perfectly fine in squeeze (both pbuilder, up-to-date). The previous package, osmo 0.2.10-1 also does not build with sid any more. I uploaded the package built with squeeze to mentors.debian.net: - URL: http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/o/osmo - Source repository: deb-src http://mentors.debian.net/debian unstable main contrib non-free - dget http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/o/osmo/osmo_0.2.10+svn898-1.dsc For comparison, the logs of the builds in sid and squeeze are attached. One further difference is, that sh is used as shell in sid, whereas bash is used in squeeze (according to the generated makefiles). Do you have any idea what might cause this build failure? Thanks a lot for your help, The dash vs bash would make the difference. I've investigated the problem and seems to be a bug in dash: emi...@saturno:/tmp$ touch a; ls -l a b ls: no se puede acceder a b: No existe el fichero o el directorio -rw-r--r-- 1 emilio emilio 0 may 22 13:42 a emi...@saturno:/tmp$ /usr/bin/test a -nt b echo true || echo false true emi...@saturno:/tmp$ bash -c test a -nt b echo true || echo false true emi...@saturno:/tmp$ dash -c test a -nt b echo true || echo false false emi...@saturno:/tmp$ The test builtin in dash believes a non-existent file is not older than any file, unlike the one from bash or the test binary from coreutils. I'll report a bug against dash. Actually I've just checked and this is reported as bug #558989. Unfortunately it's marked as wontfix :( You can workaround it by exporting SHELL=/bin/bash or calling bash ./configure I guess. Or even better, fix po/Makefile.am which is pretty weird. To depend on a file, you do: %.mo: %.po $(MSGFMT) -c --statistics $ -o $@ instead of %.mo: skip @po=$(@:.mo=.po); if test $$po -nt $@ ; then $(MSGFMT) -c --statistics $$po -o $@; echo $@ updated.; fi Cheers, Emilio -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Bug#581695: mount manpage should mention ntfs read-only
reopen 581695 reassign 581695 linux-2.6 thanks There ought to be 1) mention on the mount man page that there is something funny about NTFS rw. Or better: 2) a mount STDERR message mounting Read-only, as Read-write is not implemented yet, just like the write protection warnings sometimes seen on other mounts. Or 3) Implement RW mounts. Anyway, there should be at least a dmesg message, and mount(8) should list it as ro, not rw! One must admit the user is dumbfounded as to why rw means ro, but not 100%, as dates can still be touch(1)ed, so print some error messages please. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Bug#289884: The Configure script seems buggy
On Fri, May 21, 2010 at 03:36:49PM +0200, Marc Pignat wrote: The Configure script is missing the return value of the unaligned access test. As we can see in the buildd log (https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=perl;ver=5.10.1-12;arch=armel;stamp=1271034947), the build system for perl thinks ARM can access unaligned data. But this is *wrong*. I extracted and compiled the test program, and it fails on ARM (as expected). So this is a problem with the Configure script. It seems to miss the return value of the test executed. Thanks for looking into this! Does the test program failure depend on /proc/cpu/alignment ? I expect that fixing the problem will change the ABI, which is something we can't (easily) do for the 5.10.1 series. However, 5.12.1 is only in experimental and ABI changes are still possible for that branch. I wonder if the armel slowness reported in #543477 is related. Package: chromium-browser Version: 5.0.375.38~r46659-2 Severity: normal The main scrollbar for the chrome window is very low contrast (I can barely see it, and I have no eyesight difficulties). Light grey against slightly darker grey, with 3 small ticks in the centre of the scrollbar thumb. I can't usually find where I am in a page based on the scrollbar unless I spend 10 seconds carefully looking for the thumb. Definitely not useful to quickly peer where I am from my periphery vision. I'm not using gnome so any theme settings and gconf settings etc that it may be using are set to their defaults. The defaults should be sane enough to make scrollbars visible without needing to run anything else or install any chrome extensions. (the extensions I've found only apply to scrollbars within the html content anyway) Upstream see: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=44831 -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers oldstable APT policy: (500, 'oldstable'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages chromium-browser depends on: ii chromium-browser-i 5.0.375.38~r46659-2 page inspector for the chromium-br ii libasound2 1.0.21a-1 shared library for ALSA applicatio ii libatk1.0-01.30.0-1 The ATK accessibility toolkit ii libavcodec52 5:0.5+svn20100104-0.0 library to encode decode multimedi ii libavformat52 5:0.5+svn20100104-0.0 ffmpeg file format library ii libavutil494:0.5.1-3 ffmpeg utility library ii libbz2-1.0 1.0.5-3 high-quality block-sorting file co ii libc6 2.10.2-6 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libcairo2 1.8.8-2 The Cairo 2D vector graphics libra ii libdbus-1-31.2.16-2 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.82-2simple interprocess messaging syst ii libevent-1.4-2 1.4.13-stable-1 An asynchronous event notification ii libexpat1 2.0.1-7 XML parsing C library - runtime li ii libfontconfig1 2.8.0-2 generic font configuration library ii libfreetype6 2.3.11-1 FreeType 2 font engine, shared lib ii libgcc11:4.4.2-9 GCC support library ii libgconf2-42.28.0-1 GNOME configuration database syste ii libglib2.0-0 2.24.0-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgtk2.0-02.18.5-1 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libicu42 4.2.1-3 International Components for Unico ii libjpeg62 6b-15 The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG ii libnspr4-0d4.8.2-1 NetScape Portable Runtime Library ii libnss3-1d 3.12.6-2 Network Security Service libraries ii libpango1.0-0 1.26.2-1 Layout and rendering of internatio ii libpng12-0 1.2.41-1 PNG library - runtime ii libstdc++6 4.4.2-9 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libv8-2.2.72.2.7-1 V8 JavaScript Engine ii libx11-6 2:1.3.2-1 X11 client-side library ii libxext6 2:1.1.1-2 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxml22.7.6.dfsg-1 GNOME XML library ii libxrender11:0.9.5-1 X Rendering Extension client libra ii libxslt1.1 1.1.26-1 XSLT processing library - runtime ii libxss11:1.2.0-2 X11 Screen Saver extension library ii xdg-utils 1.0.2-6.1 desktop integration utilities from ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.4.dfsg-3 compression library - runtime chromium-browser recommends no packages. Bug#582649: blueman: hardcodes Python versions in debian/control and debian/rules
Package: blueman Version: 1.21-2 Severity: important User: debian-pyt...@lists.debian.org Usertags: python2.6 Tags: patch Hello, When rebuilt in an environment with Python 2.6 as the default version, your binary package contained these extra files: -rw-r--r-- root/root 1287 2010-02-24 21:08 ./usr/share/pyshared/_blueman.la -rw-r--r-- root/root298702 2010-02-24 21:08 ./usr/share/pyshared/_blueman.a As a rule of thumb, please avoid hardcoding Python versions anywhere, as it makes Python transitions unnecessary cumbersome. -- Jakub Wilk diff -u blueman-1.21/debian/rules blueman-1.21/debian/rules --- blueman-1.21/debian/rules +++ blueman-1.21/debian/rules @@ -19,4 +19,4 @@ install/blueman:: - rm -f $(CURDIR)/debian/blueman/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/_blueman.la - rm -f $(CURDIR)/debian/blueman/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/_blueman.a + rm -f $(CURDIR)/debian/blueman/usr/lib/python*/*-packages/_blueman.la + rm -f $(CURDIR)/debian/blueman/usr/lib/python*/*-packages/_blueman.a diff -u blueman-1.21/debian/control blueman-1.21/debian/control --- blueman-1.21/debian/control +++ blueman-1.21/debian/control @@ -7,7 +7,7 @@ Build-Depends: debhelper (= 7), autotools-dev, cdbs, libglib2.0-dev, libtool, libgtk2.0-dev (= 2.14), libstartup-notification0-dev, python-gobject-dev, libbluetooth-dev (= 4.0), intltool, - python2.5-dev | python2.6-dev, python-pyrex, python-gtk2-dev, + python (= 2.5), python-pyrex, python-gtk2-dev, python-notify, python-dbus, python-central Package: blueman @@ -18,7 +18,7 @@ librsvg2-common, hicolor-icon-theme Recommends: python-gconf, policykit-1, libpulse-mainloop-glib0 Homepage: http://blueman-project.org/ -XB-Python-Version: = 2.5 +XB-Python-Version: ${python:Versions} Description: A Graphical bluetooth manager Blueman is a GTK+ bluetooth management utility for GNOME using bluez D-Bus backend. signature.asc Description: Digital signature
