It looks like it is. If you look at the files below, you can see that
it hung mid download - the clamav-${random string} files are cvd files
in the process of downloading. I am going to merge this with the other
two. I am sorry I have no more information for you at present.

Package: clamav-freshclam Version: 0.80-6.backports.org.1 Severity: normal This may be related to 274255 or 274646, but I'm not sure so I'll report it seperately and I'll let you merge as appropriate. This afternoon I noticed that one of my servers was not putting stuff into syslog about having an out of date version of clamav. Upon examination I noticed that my main.cvd file was from november and my daily.cvd file was from Jan 13. I tried doing a restart of freshclam, but it didn't work. A simple kill of the freshclam process also didn't work. I ended up having to kill -9 the process to get it to go away. At that point I simply started freshclam again and things seemed to update properly. I suspect you will probably want to see some information from my logfiles.
