As previously said, that was just a problem with the README.
But now I have this other problem:
Unknown error initializing kernel driver
(VERR_VM_DRIVER_VERSION_MISMATCH).

Does virtualbox work when using a 32 bits userspace with a 64 bits
kernel ? I'm using a 32 bits debian/sid, and installed the -amd64
kernel.

I have the same setup and found that it does not seem to work in it. Having an amd64 chroot I decided to start it there instead of digging for the reason. This works like a charm.
