Bug#613637: pgf: : is active in some languages

Hi,

 Package: pgf
 Version: 2.00-1
 Severity: normal

 In some languages (for example French), the symbol : is made active
 by babel. This conflicts with it's use in

 \draw[domain=-3:3,smooth] plot ({\x},{\x * \x});

 (which fails with the error Paragraph ended before
 \tikz@plot@samples@recalc was complete.). Tikz shoud make sure
 that ?$B!H\catcode`\:=12?$B!I is issued at the right places to
 avoid this problem.

Is the problem still reproducible? If yes, could you provide a
minimal LaTeX source code for testing/submitting?

It works for me now (with “\usepackage[francais]{babel}”).
