Bug#827990: virtualbox: Missing mini toolbar in version 5.0.22-dfsg-1
Hi, I upgraded VirtualBox to version 5.1.4 and noticed two things. First, each virtual machine creates two icons on the taskbar again (a LXDE user here) and second, the problem disappeared. So, in this version VirtualBox's behaviour reverted to that of version 5.0.20 . Everything works fine now. Thanks.

I upgraded virtualbox to version 5.0.24, but nothing changed again. Could the problem arise from the fact that I'm running LXDE? P.S. I found a workaround which somewhat solves my problem. After the virtual machine starts, I hit Host+M to minimize the windows, and when I restore it, the mini toolbar magically shows up. Another interesting thing for the new version is that a running virtual machine now has only one icon on the taskbar, while in 5.0.20 it had two. I feel this might have something to do with the problem... any opinions?
