Dear Maintainer,

 * What led up to the situation?
Installing Raspian via NOOBS, updating to latest packages.
   Install gpsd, chrony.
   Configure chrony.
Try to start chrony using "systemctl start chrony"

Are you able to reproduce this issue on a pure Debian system? It might
be specific to Raspbian.

 * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
Tried to get rid of systemd-tty-ask-password-agent. But this did not help in
any way.

 * What was the outcome of this action?
   chronyd is started.
"systemctl start chrony" waits until it times out on waiting for
"/bin/systemd-tty-ask-password-agent --watch" to finish.
chronyd is shut down by systemctl.

Could you please show the output of the
`systemctl status chrony.service' and `journalctl -u chrony.service'
commands?

Any update on this?

Cheers,
Vincent
