So what I understood is: o after editing a task I have to run make dist o then I test the package if it builds o then I commit the changes (task, .desc file, control file, changelog) I have done that now. Also the vim addition of Andreas's was not yet in the .desc file. I have also added gdm as a dependency for desktop-sugar.
