According to this page this makes Ubuntu a very powerful package development platform for both Ubuntu _and Debian. I have Ubuntu on my Laptop, but of course I would prefer to keep Debian as the base platform for package development. What would you suggest how to include the Ubuntu keyring into Debian? I forgot to push the tag for release 0.3.4 to github, that's why the release was missing from the uscan output. It probably also caused the changes to appear to appear in the debian patch file. Used debsign on the resulting files. 3) Installed that package where I needed it, including to my local package repository. I've had a couple of other people report this same issue, and walked them through manually switching /var/lib/dpkg/info/$arch to a symlink for backwards-compatibility. But yeah, it seems dpkg-shlibdeps doesn't work with this database layout; I don't know why. Hello, when you build it with the original makefile the command is gcc -c -O -I-DCONS dialign.c but from the buildd it is gcc -g -O2 -g -O2 dialign.c it seems that the -c parameter do the difference. for a while) and it now works with Debian's Linux packages nicely.
