HELP- I Killed my HD
It all started when I wanted to partiton and format a new HD... I set it to slave and started the comp... forgetting that the main drive was in cable select mode and should have been pulled out!! As you can imagine it is a bit of a mess! how can I get my data out of this drive Before any one says BACKUP?!...that was what I was trying to do, as I have/had ( you choose) a lot of data on the disk I wanted to dump a copy onto another HD!! Speed restriction

Authentication...? RADIUS ?
Hi I am trying to set up an ISP, and RADIUS has been sugested for the authenication and billing of the users on the dial up servers. Any one have any recomendations?? Also WHERE can i find it??? Hi Thanks for the reply... But what about on the server which authentictes the users as they dial in! I am planning to have several boxes, 1 as the authenticator (preferably 2 for redundency, is that even posible??) 1 for the mail and web pages 1 for the name server 1 for the dial up cards (planning to use some cards,isdn and analog from multitech) Thanks for the help.
