This obviously qualifies, and since my domain's email is hosted by google, I simply marked it as spam by moving it to the spam folder and now I no longer see these emails. As a side benefit, gmail now considers it spam for all their users and the twit in question now has a greatly reduced market/audioence. A Spammer is a particular type of person.
