Has anybody seen how Microsoft implements their DNS? I'm a little confused because they return a connect refused and then expect to roll over to their next host. I'm guessing this is something that explorer knows about. Something that netscape did earlier with their browsers. But Netscape catches the connect refused and doesn't proceed to the next host.
