I really like to use vim + autoconf + automake + libtool

A few years ago, I got the right indentation rules for C programming
in vim but I lost them.

I tried 
http://packages.debian.org/stable/editors/exuberant-ctags
once but I don't really use it now. I should.

I tested anjuta. I have a project written in C with using glade. And i
import the project into anjuta. But i cannot edit my glade-file using
the glade plugin. Can anybody help me.

I use simply Emacs, but I recognize that this may not be for the faint
of the heart.

You have many options out there, as far as I know: anjuta, kdevelop
etc.  It all depends on what you feel more comfortable with.

I think that the best option for a full featured IDE is Eclipse.  There
is a module that will do C/C++ with a variety of different compilers,
including GCC.

I agree, using a powerful text editor as opposed to a full-featured
IDE is probably better. If you really want and IDE, I recommend using
Anjuta (for GNOME) and (I guess) KDevelop for KDE (I use GNOME,
myself, but then again, I also use Emacs)
