Why are you trying to get rid of the current live partition?

Don't you want to boot from the *other* partition, the one you want
to keep?

that would be umount
so I did the mount command, and found my CDROM mounted:
/dev/scd0 on /media/cdrom0 type iso9660 (ro,noexec,nosuid,nodev,user=guest)


so I would issue the command:
$ umount /dev/scd0

That is. Booting from original - first, and wanna to remove second. But 
lock put on second drive  in parted.
