Guys, I am on Debian 2.1.2 ( cheapbytes ). It contains wine-19980413. It does not do anything. It runs nothing and generates no error messages.
I have OpenDOS mounted on /opendos. I have made a windows\system directory on it and 'touch'ed a win.ini file in it. The win.ini is empty. I do not have Windows installed. Is my problem related to the empty win.ini file ? If so can I just take a copy of someone's win.ini file and plug it in there ? Could someone send me his/ her copy of a 16-bit win.ini file ? That is what is said in the wine-FAQ supplied with my CDs. Thanks. PAI
