Upgrade Debian 1.2 to 1.3
Hi, Recently I reported a problem about upgrading to 1.3 using some dpkg-commands, which caused an error style can't open /usr/local/lib. This problem was solved by simply creating the dir. But the system has not done any upgrade. Even after running lilo (and rebooting of course). The file /etc/debian_version still says 1.2. Also, the last command of the upgrade dpkg --purge --force-depends texbin gives an error style ignoring request to remove texbin because texbin isn't installed.
