unfortunately I did not found any utility program :(

different web browser rendering engines, e.g., Gecko, KHTML, IE, etc.
OTOH, you can start by looking at apt-file search html2 results.

How about html2ps? Once you get the PS it should be easier to get an 
image from that kind of source.

To fetch a PDF of a remote web page, you can use an online service such 
www.web2pdfconvert.com (also command line based, it works by sending 
out an e-mail).
