newbie question: when dpkging libpam0g libpam0g-util

Hi,

I'm using Debian 2.0.

When I tried to dpkg --configure libpam0g,
it told me this depends on libpam0g-util,
and libpam0g-util had not been configured,
so failed.

Then I tried to dpkg --configure libpam0g-util,
it told me this depends on libpam0g,
and (of course) it had not been configured yet,
so failed again.

I'm really confused.
Wish anybody could help me. Thanks in advance.

It's a cyclic dependency, so it only gets resolved if you configure both
simultaneously:
dpkg --configure libpam0g libpam0g-utils
