I am impressed. Other people understood you, so the loss and failing were mine. I wish that my knowledge of Korean were as great as yours of English! I know a tiny, tiny, tiny bit of Japanese, but absolutely NO Korean. :-( Thanks directly to your quest for a cheap chromebook, I went on a quest for a cheap Android tablet - and found one for what is under $100 dollars, even today, after this morning's disastrous fall in the value of the pound. (And believe me, in the UK that is quite something!!! I thought that it would be impossible.) Lisi

As you said, i have to prepare proper chromebook to run Debian Linux (Stretch or Jessie) or *BSD by 100-150$. Because android smart phone's display (4.8") is too small to edit wml files for translation, plus i need real keyboard. I'll read the links from you tomas and buy chromebook. After install all, then i do edit wml files with Emacs day by day~ Thanks tomas again! You are good friend! Sincerely, -- ^고맙습니다 감사합니다_^))//

Poossibly I don't understand. Do you want to install Debian on the Chromebook? That will depend on the hardware. But once you get running Debian on it, Emacs won't be a big problem. Not a complete list, but perhaps this is worthwile: https://wiki.debian.org/InstallingDebianOn/ Two randomly chosen Chromebooks there: https://wiki.debian.org/InstallingDebianOn/Acer/C710-2615-Chromebook https://wiki.debian.org/InstallingDebianOn/Samsung/ARMChromebook Typically you'll get problems with some hardware support (suspend, bluetooth, video...) but those are not crucial for Emacs to work properly. A Google search for 'emacs on chromebook' (which you surely could have conducted yourself?) yields, as its top result: http://endlessparentheses.com/emacs-is-available-on-chromebook-and-chrome.html Patrick On Thu, Jun 23, 2016 at 7:07 AM, Byung-Hee HWANG (황병희) wrote: > Is there chromebook to run Emacs? > > I need only Emacs!
