It's the lines labeled Modes, you just have to re-arrange them to
start in the resolution you want, if you just want to change
resolution. If you want to change the actual size of the virtual
desktop add a line like
Virtual 800 600
just after the ViewPort lines.

I tried Ctrl+alt++ (told by Brian). It reduce the font and also the
visible screen size, but the problem remain unsolved. Does anybody have
this kind of problem.
