which 2g/3g wireless (USB) cards are supported by kernel 2.6.18-6
I use etch, which use kernel 2.6.18-6 I want to buy a 2g/3g wireless (USB) card that's supported by the kernel which brand/model should I buy? where can I find such info? Ideally the card shouldn't require me to download/compile source code. Thanks! -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? If it's the latter, take a look at these two links: http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers http://backtrack.offensive-security.com/index.php?title=HCL:Wireless If you get a supported card, you won't have to compile any source code or download anything, it will work out-of-the-box. -- Regards, Klistvud Certifiable Loonix User #481801 http://bufferoverflow.tiddlyspot.com -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
