Hi Gary, Checking my global.cfg I see I have bl.csma.biz commented out, can't remember why, but usually I comment RBL's if I get slow or no responses. I have not seen anything on the internet that would indicate that they are no longer functional. This IP4R test was assigned a low weight and if you have not seen a response in several months I would suggest you could drop it.
