[Declude.Virus] How to delete Outlook quarantined messages

Hi list,
does s.o.
know how to delete the following
message in virus.cfg ?

The Declude Virus v3.1.0 software on xxx has reported that you were
sent an E-mail from [EMAIL PROTECTED], containing the [Outlook 'Blank Folding' 
Vulnerability] virus in the
[No attachment] attachment.  The subject of the E-mail was cheap oem soft 
shipping //orldwide.  
The E-mail containing the virus has been quarantined to prevent further damage.
