[Bug 539396] Re: rhytmbox cannot see my iphone

[Bug 433500] Re: gvfsd memory leak
I have a similar problem with gvfsd, where its memory usage grows in certain circumstances. I checked some of the other reports here, but cannot seem to reproduce it with file copies or connections. If I don't have gnome-system-monitor running, it does not seem to be a problem. Every time when on the File System tab the the memory used by gvfsd increased. When on any of the other tabs, there was no problem. I then did a few tests by changing some of the settings. Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-terminal Every now and then my gnome-terminal session (all Terminal windows) freezes/stalls for minutes (usually somewhere between 2-5 minutes of total unresponsiveness). @Omer I think it's perfectly valid approach. The Startup Applications is supposed to be a central place to control those, so there is no need to scatter this functionality in the programs. [Bug 574334] Re: [users-admin] no option to specify new U/GUID etc.
If you want to set specific settings for several users regularly, just edit /etc/gnome-ssytem-tools/user-profiles.conf and change the default profile to suit your needs. Just give me one use case where showing settings on user creation would be really better than changing them later. The GDM issue is more a lack of manpower than a wanted design, AFAICT. [Bug 555657] Re: Print Preview Pages do not show Page Allignment
The previous print preview was a lot better than that in Lucid Lynx. What it used to do was that it practically made a new pdf and opened it in another window that had all the toolbars and accessories of a normal evince window. That was really great. Because when I wanted to print two pages on a single sheet of paper and then print every odd page of this set of double-pages, I could use the preview feature as an intermediary. That's now impossible since the new preview allows no further options on printing. -- Print Preview Pages do not show Page Allignment https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/555657 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evince in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 576373] [NEW] battery charge incorrectly reported when A/C power turned off
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager When the A/C power is removed from a fully charged battery the power manager immediately reports low power (2%) and hibernates.
