[Bug 1677725] [NEW] Error report on bootup is useless to me

I have no basis on which to make the choice, because I have been completely unable to figure out what problem is being reported. The few times I told it to report, I got no feedback at all. Yes, this issue is mixed, people talking about those two problem. The original poster states one of the problem, though: "While copying many and large files to and from a USB drive, the system becomes incredibly slow and sometimes hangs.", which is illustrated by Mauro (mauromol) with the example of "mouse pointer freezing". I saw that too many times :( I'd totally buy the system copying files slower if I can still use it while working.
