I can interact with the windows normally, the bottom of the windows just gets cut off sometimes. I too have been having this issue in Ubuntu 21.04, Gnome-shell 3.38.4. My system has a touchpad and touchscreen, the closest i have gotten to consistently re-create it is to use the touch screen to click on the same launcher icon multiple times. [Bug 1931300] [NEW] Nautilus mounts Google-drive while the Internet is down.

The problem occurred when my local network was still working fine, but the connection to the Internet was lost due to a failing Ethernet cable from my local network router to the ISP router. I mount the Google Drive at each login as follows: sh -c "rclone --vfs-cache-mode writes mount Google-drive: /media/Google-drive". Always it works fine, except with the failing cable. The Google drive has been shown after 25 seconds of by Nautilus, despite a completely missing connection with the Internet. It took Nautilus 25 seconds to display its window the first time. I managed to fix it in the following way: 1. Install dconf-editor (to edit the "registry keys") sudo apt install dconf-editor 2. Open dconf-editor as a normal app; search for: /org/gnome/desktop/lockdown/ 3. In my case, the disable-lock-screen was set turned on.
