[Bug 1953209] [NEW] ICS imported into GNOME calendar (Google Calendar) with UTC start and end times breaks if you edit it
Public bug reported: 1. Your local computer should be in a time zone other than UTC. 2. Save the attached sample.ics to your Desktop. 3. Double-click on it to import it into GNOME Calendar. 4. Save the imported event. Observe that it is saved at the correct time in your calendar. 5. In GNOME calendar, click on the event and click edit. 6. Expand the start and end time sections and observe that the times next to "Starts" and "Ends" are the UTC times for the event, while the times in the time pickers are the correct time in the local time zone. 7. Click the "Done" button without actually changing anything and observe that the event moves to the incorrect time, interpreting the original UTC times of the event as local times.
