[Bug 1988786] [NEW] system does not boot after full-upgrade on kinetic
Public bug reported: Hi, After a full upgrade on a kinetic system, the system no longer boots normally. When I power the computer on, I get a prompt to decrypt my disk. I insert the password, and am redirected to a screen saying a fschk is running. It spend hours in that screen with apparently no activity. Pressing ctrl+C does not help at that point. Booting through recovery mode and then requesting to proceed to boot works fine. A regular fschk also suceeds.
