Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Bug reporting is about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug. I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org, or for more support options please look at https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gdm3 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2020256 Title: package gdm3 42.0-1ubuntu7.22.04.2 failed to install/upgrade: o subprocesso instalado, do pacote gdm3, o script post-installation retornou erro do status de saída 10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm3/+bug/2020256/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 2020249] Re: Missing Wayland login option on NVIDIA systems - still broken
Discussion on Ubuntu forums at https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2486867 suggested simply commenting out all those tests to force the use of Wayland. But those tests may be there for a good reason, and forcing Wayland may result in an unstable system. This bug has a long history, going back to 2019. It's been "fixed" several times now.
