It can be put into the next mutter update but there is no reason to delay the currently proposed update for it. This seems like a never- ending problem that we're discovering old intermittent build failures in an old GNOME release. Reason of focus loss is different in mantic (GNOME 40 series) than before (GNOME 3 series).
