[Bug 481322] Re: PDF is printed wrong
I'm having troubles printing the attached PDF as well. Everything is printed except the Sun Logo on the top-left, that's not printed at all. I'm using Ubuntu Karmic amd64 . ** Attachment added: Source Pdf http://launchpadlibrarian.net/37244028/prueba.pdf -- PDF is printed wrong https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/481322 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 118820] Re: Evolution cannot handle mbox files larger than 2Gb
I'm wondering how can this bug is marked as low importance. It's the biggest issue for most people at my work, where mailboxes get pretty big. -- Evolution cannot handle mbox files larger than 2Gb https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/118820 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 189814] Re: [hardy]computer and touchpad is buggy when running on battery
With last kernel and modules update (2.6.24.29-generic) I don't get the following messages anymore: [ 266.266778] psmouse.c: GlidePoint at isa0060/serio1/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 2 bytes away. [ 269.718340] psmouse.c: resync failed, issuing reconnect request [ 271.968398] input: PS/2 Mouse as /devices/virtual/input/input25 [ 272.045379] input: AlpsPS/2 ALPS GlidePoint as /devices/platform/i8042/serio1/input/input26 No more kernel panics either. But after being a while ( 10-20 seconds) without using it and with no cord plugged there is a strange high CPU usage for about 3 seconds and the pc seems to be hanged. Even playing music starts making noise. This behavior isn't new but is the only symptom that still occur on my laptop. -- [hardy]computer and touchpad is buggy when running on battery https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/189814 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 189814] Re: [hardy]computer and touchpad is buggy when running on battery
I've been trying dellLcdBrightness for a while. It doesn't matter if I enter the correct BIOS password or not (dellLcdBrightness -a -v 1 or dellLcdBrightness -a -v 1 -p password). My D420 still acts as if it was locked. Removing BIOS password works perfectly for me. -- [hardy]computer and touchpad is buggy when running on battery https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/189814 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

Same bug on my Latitude D420 with 2.6.24-16-generic. Kernel panic fixed with clocksource=hpet parameter as is said on Bug #190414.
