Re: [Bug 422511] Re: problem with new scrollbar in Human theme - GtkRange::trough-border set to 2
You have installed something from a PPA. It is not the version which was included in the release and therefor inappropriate for this bug. In any case, your problem is a separate bug and not part of this I know, but I am testing the proposed solution for this bug, so I feel it appropriate to point out a problem with it. It's because skype is 32 bit, and the 32 bit murrine engine is in ia32libs and hasn't been updated to support trough-border. I'll upload an ia32libs package to my PPA My bad, I forgot to mention that my Eclipse is 32-bit too. -- problem with new scrollbar in Human theme - GtkRange::trough-border set to 2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/422511 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gtk+2.0 in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 462524] [NEW] After using right arrow to go to item menu, left arrow should go back
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: deskbar-applet When using deskbar-applet, I can choose an entry (e.g. a file entry) and press right arrow to display an action menu. [Bug 445251] [NEW] Enable displaying input language instead of keyboard layout in gnome-keyboard-applet
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-applets Currently, gnome-keyboard-applet indicates the selected keyboard layout, not language that layout belongs to. For example, when entering English using USA keyboard layout is shows USA. 1. This might be confusing for people using USA layout for entering English in another countries. 2. When switching between two input languages, more important information is not layout, but the language itself. 3. This is not consistent with what Windows shows. [Bug 421350] [NEW] Keyboard navigation with PgUp/PgDn doesn't move selection
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus When navigating folders containing many files, Page Up and Page Down keys behavior is inconsistent with arrow keys. Arrows move the selection to the next file, and if needed, scroll the viewport so it is visible. However, PgUp/PgDn simply scroll the viewport, not switching the selection. [Bug 390527] Re: Cannot assign Ctrl-Alt-T to Run a terminal
It works with the new user (guest user which I got from the user switcher). I'm using Russian and English layout, ans also SCIM. However, running SCIM and adding those layouts in guest doesn't reproduce the problem; neither does killing everything SCIM-related solve it under my account. [Bug 390566] [NEW] When composing new message, autosuggestion corrupts addresses
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution When writing an address in To: field, using suggestions results in corrupted names/addresses. To reproduce: Let's say addr...@example.com is stored in the address book as John Doe. 1. Open Evolution, click New to start composing message. 2. Type first letters of the contact address (for example, addr). 3. When the suggestion box appears, press Enter. Expected results: To: field contains John Doe addr...@example.com. Actual results: To: field contains J, ohn Doe addr...@example.com. Also, this does not happen when: - You press down arrow and then Enter when suggestion box appears. - You clear the To: field and start again. I have installed the debugging symbols, but the single crash (so far) was upon logging into Gnome session, and I can't reproduce it yet. -- gvfs-gdu-volume-monitor crashed with SIGSEGV in gdu_pool_get_presentables() https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/376145 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
