[Bug 146590] Re: Leaving Fullscreen in Totem causes second monitor to be disabled

2007-12-05 Thread Sebastian Brocks
I experience a similar bug, as soon as I enter fullscreen mode, the secondary
display configured using xrandr gets disabled.
Also, the fullscreen display is not actually fullscreen, but it's squished
horizontally.

[Bug 40197] Dapper 'human' theme does not maximize windows properly without top panel

2007-08-03 Thread Sebastian Brocks
You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When some apps are maximised, the apps' screen does not extend to the
upper-right edge of the screen, other apps do.
Easy way to duplicate this:

Move the top panel to the bottom, open an application and maximize it. Moving
the mouse to the immediate top corner and clicking (to close) will either
select the window immediately behind it, or the desktop. Bringing the frontmost
window out of focus, or closing the other window.

** Affects: ubuntulooks (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Medium

Why did you change this bug to say that it affects gnome-applets?
As far as I can tell, it's a nautilus problem, because the DVD drive also does
not appear in nautilus' places bar/menu.

It looks to be a general problem with Lite-On DVD drives?

[Bug 45620] Re: mount_applet2 does not show DVD drive when a data DVD is inserted

2006-09-11 Thread Sebastian Brocks
Let me clarify again exactly what is happening.
When no CD or DVD is in either of my drives, both do not show up in the places
menu and in the mount applet - fine.
When a CD is in the CD or DVD drive, the corresponding drive does show up in
the places menu and in the mount applet - also fine
When a DVD is in the DVD drive, that drive does not show up in the places menu
and in the mount applet - absolutely not fine.

[Bug 49072] buttons are sometimes colored in a wrong color in the human theme

2006-06-08 Thread Sebastian Brocks
Public bug reported:

When using the human theme, about 30% of all buttons that are drawn are
miscolored like in the screenshot, not only in that brown color, but also in
different colors, like light-blue, light-yellow, etc.
I'm using Dapper.
This does not happen with other themes.
See http://www.deckmaker.mynetcologne.de/Bildschirmfoto.png

** Affects: gnome-themes (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Untriaged
 Status: Unconfirmed

[Bug 45620] Re: mount_applet2 does not show DVD drive when a data DVD is inserted

2006-05-27 Thread Sebastian Brocks
I'm using Dapper, and it happens with both data and movie DVDs. The DVD
does get mounted, and a nautilus window opens, but it does not show in
the places bar, like CDs in this DVD drive or in my other CD drive.

https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/35701

Affects: control-center gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
   Severity: Normal
   Priority: (none set)
 Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
The gnome-preferred-applications dialog does not set x-www-browser, which
Thunderbird uses to choose the webbrowser to launch when clicking a link in an

Running update-alternatives --config x-www-browser manually and choosing the
correct browser works.
