[Bug 117514] Re: seahorse does not synchronize keys with keyserver

2008-07-05 Thread gorgor
The bug is still present so I don't see any reason why we should close
it right now. Furthermore 26.6.2008 was less than 10 days ago!

[Bug 227753] Re: gvfs reports root partition 100% full

2008-05-29 Thread gorgor
I have an issue somewhat related: gvfs-fuse eats all the space and then
I can't find no way to free it. See the system monitor snapshot

[Bug 197762] Re: file transfer on USB disk slows down with gvfs

2008-05-13 Thread gorgor
I confirm this issue with a fersh new Hardy install, usb file transfer
has always been fine with the previous Hardy distros, so it must
probably be a gvfs related issue.

[Bug 150187] Re: [gutsy] [regression] Evince has very bad quality when printing pdf files.

2008-03-04 Thread gorgor
I don't think getting around the issue is the solution. Evince is the official
pdf viewing application for Gnome and should be able to work out of the box.
Also, acroread does not work straightforwardly for amd64. Plus it is a software
one has to add manually, just like xpdf.
So fact is Ubuntu would greatly benefit from this issue being fixed before
Hardy release, as I see now in the headers of the bug that it was declined for
Gutsy and transposed to Hardy.

2008-02-07 Thread gorgor
I'm quite sorry this has not yet been sorted out, I still can't do
serious printing with Gutsy computers here at the office, it's a serious
stopper.

[Bug 156261] Evince does not print files correctly

2007-10-23 Thread gorgor
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evince

I've got huge issues with PDF files under gutsy.
My printer is a network HP color laserjet printer (HP Color LaserJet 4600
v3010.107 Postscript)

Running Feisty I didn't had such problems, but now:
I've got large differences between the on-screen evince display of files (which
is correct) and the way evince prints it (wether using the preview function or
printing the stuff already) which is incorrect.

It's a rather huge issue for me, preventing me to print PDF files, so
hopefully I can find a fix or workaround for that.
