[Bug 480791] Re: empathy does not display certificate error, interface for importing certificates missing
network error message occurs when a jabber server certificate changes. There is no simple way to delete the old certificate. Ignore SSL certificate errors does not work in this case. -- empathy does not display certificate error, interface for importing certificates missing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/480791 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 181703] Re: Brasero does not recognize audio CD or blank CD-R
I can confirm that it seems to be related to the drive you use. I have 2 Samsung Drives in my PC, the old PATA SM-352B recognizes the blank CD correctly and the SH-223Q reports the size as 0 Bytes. Please backport the fix to intrepid because it is really annoying. -- Brasero does not recognize audio CD or blank CD-R https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/181703 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to brasero in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 218070] Re: Nautilus not showing the desktop icons wallpaper on login
I have exactly the same problem since yesterday (16.05.08). My System is pretty standard and I have an Nvidia card, which should rule out the graphics driver entirely. Yes, with most jpgs I have. Some work fine. It really looks like some kind of endless loop to me. Unfortunately I have no idea how to give you more/better information. [Bug 42601] Eog eats up enormous amount of CPU and RAM when opening a .jpg
Public bug reported: Affects: eog (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Unconfirmed Description: In current Dapper eog seem to run in some kind of endless-loop when opening a .jpg picture. It shows the picture but CPU stays at 100% and more and more memory gets eaten up (well more than 150MB for a 160KB picture). gThumb uses ~23MB for the same picture and has no problems. When launching eog in an terminal window it keeps printing No profile, not correcting on the console which could be connected to this behaviour. In Breezy it worked fine and other gtk2-based viewers (gthumb, gqview) do not have the problem. -- Eog eats up enormous amount of CPU and RAM when opening a .jpg https://launchpad.net/bugs/42601 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 41110] Totem-xine does not open shoutcast-streams
Public bug reported: Affects: totem (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Unconfirmed Description: unlike totem-xine in breezy, it does not open shoutcast-streams (.pls, mostly mp3 or similar) in dapper. Xine itself is able to read the streams. [Bug 41117] Controls do not disappear completely in fullscreen
Public bug reported: Affects: totem (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Unconfirmed Description: I am using totem with xine-backend in dapper with the proprietary nvidia drivers. When watching a movie in fullscreen controls appear when moving the mouse. These controls do not disappear completely if the movie has black bars on top and bottom due to different aspect ratios of movie and display (e.g. 16:9 movie and 5:4 display). I had this bug with totem-xine in breezy, too. -- Controls do not disappear completely in fullscreen https://launchpad.net/bugs/41117 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
