The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /evolution-data-server/3.6.4-0ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository. I just tried to test with a fresh installation of evolution inside a new virtual machine (for raring ringtail testing purpose).
