There seem to be two bugs confused here: that search.ubuntu.com is down (which I reported as bug 118730), and that the requested URL contains 6.10 instead of 7.04 or gutsy (which I reported as bug 118731). If this bug report is about the former, bug 118731 should not have been marked as a duplicate.
