My keyboard is working properly. I have laptop and external keyboard. Both work fine. What is not working is the control for switching the languages. Switching to Russian for example changes the icon, but when I start typing, I still type in English. weird, that's not normal, upstart should be handling the user sessions and be default in 13.10. What happens if you run "gnome-settings-daemon --replace" and then reproduce the bug? Yes, it happens with guest session and even if I create a brand new user.
