[Bug 1325650] Re: CTRL+F turns search off
Currently, to search, you either have to press ctrl-F once then enter the search term, or you must press ctrl-F twice then enter the search term. If you use the wrong procedure, search doesn't work. That's unusual, error-prone, and could be easily fixed. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evince in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1325650 Title: CTRL+F turns search off To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/1325650/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 1325650] Re: CTRL+F turns search off
In addition to that, old behavior of Ctrl+F used to be to select all text content in search box, so that what you type right after Ctrl+F replaces a previous search. I think this is what is expected.
