Yes. I reproduced it exactly here to validate, when trying to close an APP by clicking on the dock, when closing, the session was immediately logged out. A few days ago, I tried to disable Waylan, but the problems seem to recur more often. But it happens anyway. Next time this happens, please reboot and then run: journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt and attach the resulting text file here.
