The same message on 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat). PulseAudio server (0.9.6.1) is running on Windows 7 machine. I don't know about OGG, but it happens with most of my MP3s. I can confirm this bug in maverick (amd64). It is extremely annoying because it prevents me from using rhythmbox to play my music.
