I have a similar bug. I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 and seahorse 2.32.0. from the repositories. Yep, simply right clicking and choosing properties on your unlock password for: user keys credential pegs both cpus on a dual core system. One by seahorse, and the other by Xorg.
