I can confirm bug. Running vanilla 10.10 upgraded from 10.04. OK. I've re-installed gstreamer0.10-pulseaudio and I excuted: gst-launch playbin uri=file:///tmp/test.wav. The pulseuadio CPU rose to 95% and the rewind stuff came again.
