Ubuntu just pushed 2.30.3 as an upgrade. Why can't we get the Maverick version? The one without a privacy/security hole? Lucid is supposed to be an LTS release. Thanks Sebastien, but I don't particularly want to use Gnome 2.32. I would simply like a version of empathy without the huge privacy/security hole in it. Auto-logging every chat, combined with the fact that the logs are in a hidden folder, seems like a bug to me. It probably seemed like a bug to the empathy folks, too, since they fixed it.
