[Bug 885381] Re: totem doesn't remember which parts of the movie I already watched
typo, and JG, have you set the Totem preference to resume where you left off? The Preferences are under the Edit menu (which admittedly never made sense to me :) , and the first screen shows you a checkbox: Start playing files from last position. I suggest you try this option. It's possible that some codecs are not as well supported for resume, but in general this is a feature that exists. If you want something beyond the resume feature, when you say It should be somehow marked, then like Sebastian said, try filing an upstream bug for the feature request, and link it here. (And in that case, JG's bug 885381 would not be just the same as this, and that one can be closed.) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to totem in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/885381 Title: totem doesn't remember which parts of the movie I already watched To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/totem/+bug/885381/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 885381] Re: totem doesn't remember which parts of the movie I already watched
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers of the software by following the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME. If you have done so, please tell us the number of the upstream bug (or the link), so we can add a bugwatch that will inform us about its status. Thanks in advance. ** Changed in: totem (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided = Low -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to totem in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/885381 Title: totem doesn't remember which parts of the movie I already watched To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/totem/+bug/885381/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
