The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Intrepid Ibex. You can reproduce this if you drag drop two items from one menu to another without waiting for the refresh which needs about 1 second. With refresh I mean: view changes to the menu where the item was moved to. For example if I move an item from menu wine to menu games the list on the right side changes to games. If you don't wait until this change happens but move another item from wine to games this crash report appears.
