Bug description:
  I am a beginner in ubuntu.
  I tried to update my ubuntu through software updater. It downloaded all 
packages and started installing but some problem seems to have happened with 
the libreoffice-calc package, i.e. it was installed incorrectly. Now every time 
i open ubuntu software center, i get an error New software can't be installed 
because there is a problem with the software currently installed. Do you want 
to repair this peoblem now ?. When i try the option repair on this error 
window, it too doesn't help.

apport start force_start=1' and then trying to install the same package

Sebastien, the point is that you cannot export a password keyring and
then import it elsewhere. At least as of Seahorse 3.2.2 shipped in
Ubuntu 12.04.

  When I try to export key or keyring, the menu is grayed out. Thus I
  cannot make backups of my keys.

  That would be only a inconvenience, if I could just backup keys by
  copying seahorse configuration directory. I guess I can do that, if
  only I knew, where it actually is. It is certainly NOT .gnupg, because
  when I delete it (in recovery mode, as root), the keys are still there
  and .gnupg folder is as good as new.

  It would be very nice to do something about this. When I made a
  keyring and put all my brand new passwords there, the seahorse somehow
  managed to lose all keys in it.

After fresh installtion of Kubuntu 13.10 on fresh newly purchased Dell
Vostro 2420 I found that tochpad is not working properly.

Symtoms:
I am able to change position of cursor using touchpad and able to left click
using touchpad. but scrolling is not working. so when I goto System Setting in
KDE setting its saying that No Touchpad Found.
